breakfast variety easy access attentive staff
breakfast included many choices. the staff swiftly addressed my request to adjust the room's heating. the tram stop was a short walk away making city access easy. my stay felt effortless and well supported due to their attentiveness.
the hotel was undergoing roof repairs and work started early. the noise was disruptive and impacted my sleep.

Breakfast included fresh options and good variety. the tram stop is a short walk away. i found the staff professional. They answered all my questions. the air conditioning was effective during warm weather.
the room lacked sufficient sound insulation, noises from adjacent rooms were noticeable.

lack of soundproofing dirty towel
The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great (especially the gluten-free bread!).
I was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing. I could hear the person next to my room as if he was in the same room. the cleaner did not actually clean the room. They only changed the sheets and towels. One of the towels was dirty.
